Project Description: The City is requesting proposals from Qualified Proponents to provide, operate, maintain and evaluate a free recycling hub service at 1234 Yates Street in Victoria, BC, with additional staff required to collect materials at community markets and single-day collection events. The service will be required to operate on weekends from May 3 to December 28, 2025.
