RECYCLING CENTER MANAGEMENT, FE WARREN AFB, WY (SERVICE) AMENDED 13 AUG 2025

AMENDMENT 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 2 Wage Determination from Rv. 25 (29 May 2025) to Rv.26 (7Jul25) and extend the proposal due date from 19 August 2025 to 20 August 2025.

AMENDMENT 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to perform the following:

i) Update the CLIN structure

a) Remove CLIN X002 Pallet Management

b) Revise CLIN X003 Off Base Travel NTE from $1,900 per month to $500 per month.

ii) Add the revised Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 7 Aug 2025

a) Removal of pallet grinding references (tub grinder, pallet grinding, etc.)

b) Updated Section 3.4 monthly travel estimations

c) Updated Section 4.4.1.3 for additional instructions on locked areas

d) Updated Appendix A

e) Updated Buyer's Requirements and Transportation Specs of Wood Pallets in the QRP Commodity List

f) Re-added Lead-acid Batteries to the QRP Commodity List

iii) Add the revised Attachment 4 - Price Proposal Breakdown

iv) Addition of a Cost Breakout to the Proposal Submission, including identified material and labor costs of CLIN 0001 Recycle Center Management. Account for 1,992 labor hours (this number is less 11 Federal Holidays whereby the facility will be closed).

AMENDMENT 01 - Overridden via Amd 02; proposal submission to be made via SAM.gov (see Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters on FA461325R0008 Amendment 02)

The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, and others necessary to manage the Base Recycle Center on F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming IAW applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and the attached PWS.
