PWS is updated with corrected street address for pick-up.

Amendment 0001 provides answers to submitted questions. Appendix 1 is uploaded that provides quantities and sizes of items to be recycled.

After COVID-19, the FBI was left with a surplus of expired hand sanitizer. Due to the high alcohol content, this material must be handled and recycled correctly according to EPA and DOT regulations.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to recycle approximately 17,000 pounds of expired or unused hand sanitizer. The work includes pickup, transport, recycling, and provision of documentation in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.

Please note hand sanitizer must be recycled and not just destroyed.
