Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (“COC”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to coordinate the recruitment, screening and placement of such direct hires and temporary employees in accordance with the job descriptions provided by COC. By this announcement, COC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Recruitment Agency Services, as described in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Est on Friday, March 06, 2026.
