JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the
above-referenced solicitation.
JAA is issuing this Solicitation to pre-qualify eligible Respondents to receive opportunities to provide
Direct Placement/Recruiting Services to JAA on an as-needed basis over a five (5) year period.

JAA will receive pre-qualification statements electronically via DemandStar.com.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with RFQ Number 26-19-26101, which may be
obtained on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on "Bid Opportunities")
or DemandStar.com.
This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78
Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
