Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 01/27/25 at the project/construction site (1721 East Snyder Avenue, Carson City, NV 89701). All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. All major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. See ‘Additional Description’ section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting.

Description:	Base Bid Description: Construct eighteen (18) metal inmate recreation cages on new concrete pad. Demolish and install new concrete ADA walkway from cell block to cage enclosure. Contract Time: 90 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $1,225.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘Nevada Department of Corrections Security Clearance Forms’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for details on obtaining a security clearance.
