Recreation Site Maintenance - Boundary Region

The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC is issuing a Request for Proposal for recreation site maintenance services in the Boundary Region between Grand Forks and Kelowna (Contract RC262630002) for the period May 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, with possible 2 additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of first year. We will accept sealed RFP’s until 2:00PM (local time) March 14, 2025.  RFP’s will be opened in private immediately after closing. The bids will be publicly posted once the successful bidder is confirmed.

There will not be an information meeting held for this opportunity.

The work will involve the cleaning, maintenance of facilities and repairs on Recreation Sites identified in the Schedule C Site Maintenance Schedule RC262630002.

Hard Copy Submission: Submit one (1) paper hard-copy of Your Submission together with one (1) electronic copy of Your Submission saved on a USB flash drive media device (that will become the property of the Province). Submissions made in this manner should be contained within an envelope clearly marked with Your name and address, the Opportunity Description and ID number and must be submitted by hand or courier to the physical address specified: 1907 Ridgewood Road, Nelson, BC V1L 6K1. Packages must be submitted on the forms and in an envelope covered with the RFP envelope template posted under supplier attachments.

No RFP containing any qualifying clauses whatsoever shall be considered, and the lowest or any RFP may not necessarily be accepted.
