Recreation Needs Assessment & Impact Fee Analysis

The Town of Essex in northwestern Vermont is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Recreation Needs Assessment & Impact Fee Analysis. The assessment will evaluate the current state of recreational facilities and programs, identify community needs, and provide recommendations for future improvements. An analysis of the Town of Essex Parks and Recreation’s existing Recreation Impact Fee policy and recommended updates should accompany this work.

Any questions about this proposal should be directed in writing via email to Adriane Martin at AEMartin@essex.org by 4:30 pm on April 16. Responses to all questions received will be provided by 4:30pm on April 21 to all that have indicated interest in the project.

All submissions must be received by May 2, 2025. Proposal accepted via email, hand-delivered, or physical mail. Late submissions will not be considered.
