The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Substance Use Disorder Recovery Residences for any and/all identified target populations that have shown a need for Recovery Residences. DBH is looking for multiple organizations and agencies interested in serving all regions of San Bernardino County. The Contract period will be for a one and a half (1 1/2) year period beginning on January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Currently, the projected allocation for this service is approximately $2,274,225 for the one and a half (1 1/2) year period .
