Records Management Renewal Project

The City is seeking an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) capable of supporting both collaborative document workflows and secure, compliant, and reliable long-term storage. The City is exploring options to:

integrate existing EDMS into a broader Microsoft-based solution; or

fully transition to a Microsoft-based platform and is seeking subject matter expertise in determining the most effective path forward.

Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.

Addenda:
Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFIQ. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFIQ. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.

Any amendments to a bid closing date are captured by way of Addenda, and updated only on the Bids&Tenders bidding site.

Award Decisions:
Final results of the RFIQ will be posted directly on the Bidding System.
