This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order/Service Contract to provide Record Storage as
specified for the Louisiana Department of Workforce Commission for an initial 1-year period beginning
January 1, 2026, or date of award, whichever is later, and ending December 31, 2026. At the option of
the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two
additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to
exceed 36 months.

It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest
responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to
reject individual line items from the award.
