Reconstruction of Stearns Rd. and Peters Ave.

The City of Marlborough (“City”), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Reconstruction of Stearns Road and Peters Avenue in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Contract No. ED 2025-13 for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the roadway and sidewalk reconstruction of Stearns Road and Peters Avenue. Work includes full-depth roadway reclamation; removal and replacement of existing hot mix asphalt (HMA) sidewalks and berm; driveway blending; and loam and seeding of all disturbed areas. Estimated project value is $2,159,515.50.
