Summary:	Project entails Reconfiguration of existing Planning and Development Building to have collaboration space needed for designers, planners, contractors and staff to coordinate, communicate and implement AUS’s Airport Expansion and Development Program (AEDP) capital program for efficient use of space and extend life of assets. Major scope of work relates to HVAC replacement and fire suppression system (sprinkler) installation and interior demolition for open office workspace environment. Minor site work related to bringing fire line connection from fire hydrant into building and fire riser room as part of interior space reconfiguration.
