Notes	Ames Transit Agency, dba: CyRide, is accepting bids for the purchase of one (1) reconditioned engines for 40-foot Gillig Lowfloor Buses. The engine quoted shall be rebuilt as part of the Cummins ReCon Engine Program and have a 2-year warranty. The reconditioned engine will be installed in a 40-foot Gillig Lowfloor bus model year 2012. This bid is for parts only. No installation services are required for this bid. CyRide will work with the successful bidder to determine the delivery timeline for the engine. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
