NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT III - Pool One (NMACC III-Pool 1).

Description of the work: This project is for design-build demolition and construction of Fort Wadsworth Family Housing Facilities located at U. S. Coast Guard Sector New York, Staten Island, NY. The scope includes demolition of several apartment buildings, carports and their foundations, preparation and clearing of existing site for new construction, removal, and installation of underground utilities, resurfacing and repair of roads and sidewalks, and new multiplex construction with new street lighting, landscaping, fencing, and new entrance gates. The project consists of two (2) Base Item and six (6) Option Items in accordance with the Price proposal Form.
