Project Description: The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program
(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2026 22R, Removal, Transportation and Disposal of Drinking Water Treatment Plant Residuals until 10:00am, May 20th, 2026 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Water Treatment Plant, 355 Granger Road, Northampton PA 18067
to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
The City of Bethlehem encourages women and minority businesses to bid on City jobs.
Please arrange for legal public notices in the Bethlehem Press Newspaper and online, as well as the City web site, on two consecutive Wednesdays, beginning April 29th.
