ReBid of On-Call HVAC Replacements & Improvements

Purpose:

The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and quality control and management for as-needed services for installation, replacement, and/or improvements to HVAC systems for buildings/facilities owned by the City of Winchester. The City intends to make awards to multiple contractors as a result of this procurement.

This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).

Term of Contract:

The original contract term shall be five (5) years from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: two (2) twelve (12) month periods .
