Rebid of Meadows Road Pump Station, Project LSA18-15(P)

Project Description: The Meadows Road Pump Station project involves construction of a new 175 GPM suction-lift wastewater pump station, with construction of 510 ft +/- of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, three gravity sewer laterals, and 195 ft +/- of 6-inch PVC sewer force main. The project also includes decommissioning, demolition, and site restoration of an existing wastewater pumping facility with three underground holding tanks and a duplex submersible pump system. There will be a pre-bid meeting and site tour for interested PRIME BIDDERS (others may attend). A standby power generator and precast concrete control building have been separately procured by Lower Saucon Authority, and will be delivered and placed by others on the field-constructed concrete foundation provided by the Meadows Road Pump Station project Contractor. The packaged pump system equipment and controls have been procured by the Owner and will be provided to Contractor for incorporation into this project. Refer to Available Project Information. Since the electrical service panels, generator, controls, heating, lighting, and plumbing facilities will be pre-installed within the building, there will only be a GENERAL Construction Contract awarded.
