Rebid of HVAC Replacement - Washington Township (Northampton County) Municipal Building

Project Description: Washington Township is requesting sealed bids online via PennBid to replace its existing HVAC system at the township municipal building utilizing existing ductwork. Please include bids for both standard HVAC and heat pumps. Work to include demolition and disposal of existing equipment. Prevailing wages apply to this project. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Washington Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Washington Township Administrative building located at 1021 Washington Blvd., Bangor PA 18013. All bids must be received online at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com on or before August 12, 2026, at 12:00 pm and will be opened and made public immediately following the due date and time. The contract will be awarded on August 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Washington Township administration building located at 1021 Washington Blvd., Bangor PA 18013.
