The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is seeking to purchase five (5) rugged, military-grade, two-way remote firing device systems specifically designed for explosive ordnance disposal, breaching, and range operations. Each system shall consist of one (1) controller and one (1) remote initiator and shall meet or exceed every requirement listed performance characteristics without exception
