Summary
- Removal of existing window drapery and hardware; fabrication and installation of new pinch pleat drapery using City-furnished (customer-owned) materials.
- Removal of existing window shades and hardware; fabrication and installation of new flat roman shades using City-furnished (customer-owned) materials.
- Removal of existing door glass window coverings; fabrication and installation of new roller shades using vendor-supplied material.
- The 25 windows will use customer-owned materials (pinch pleat drapery and roman shades), while the 8 door glass openings will receive vendor-supplied roller shade material.
- Contractor shall furnish all required mounting hardware, linings, and accessories as specified for drapery, roman shades, and roller shades. All primary fabric materials for drapery and roman shades are owner-provided and do not require contractor procurement.
- Scope includes all labor, field verification of dimensions, fabrication, installation, adjustment for proper operation, debris removal, and final cleaning.
- Patch and touch-up paint to match existing finishes.
