Description
Project Description: The project shall consist of a rock construction entrance, a gravel parking lot with concrete ADA parking space, and the grading and placement of the trail. The Contract may include Base Bid work and Add Alternate items. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract based on the Base Bid only or the Base Bid plus the Add Alternate items as funding permits.
