In accordance with the City of Lee’s Summit Procurement Policy, competitive sealed Bids for the specified items herein will be received until the date and time referenced above (the “Bid Deadline).  Bids may be submitted (I) via a sealed hard copy to City of Lee’s Summit City Hall, Attn: Procurement and Contract Services, 220 Southeast Green St., Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 OR (ii) electronically via www.PublicPurchase.com per the instructions contained within the Bid. All Bids must be submitted prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered.

If Bidder’s wish to see the locations before submitting a bid (this is not required), it shall be the bidder’s responsibility to contact the Project Managers for each location identified in Exhibit A, Line 2.26, to establish a mutually agreed upon time to view each facility. The cut-off date and time to see any of the facilities identified in this Solicitation is December 16, 2024 at Noon Local Time.

The City of Lee’s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to check Public Purchase before final submittal to make sure there are no Addendums posted.  Public Purchase registration is free but is a two (2) step process and should be done at least 48 hours in advance of the bid deadline.
