The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing materials, disposal of existing ventilation/exhaust units, removal of existing dormers, construction of a new roofing system, new dormer construction, reframing on existing canopy structure, and exterior finishes and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work as shown on the contract drawings and located at the Fore River Club House, 16 Nevada Road in Quincy, MA.
