REBID: DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) Energy Management Maintenance Service Job Order Contract

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities and emergency repairs, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, materials, taxes, and equipment necessary to provide full preventative maintenance service and repairs on the existing Energy Management System and to perform the task enumerated under “Technical Specifications” and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. Any work not specifically addressed but which is required to make the maintenance complete within the intent of this contract shall be performed without additional cost. The work shall be located at the DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) building located at 400 Gigling Road, Seaside, CA 93955 .
