The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00391 Reattach Electrical Conduit, Denver Air Traffic Control Tower (DEN ATCT), 9800 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).
The project duration is 65 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed, covering only on-site work and consisting of five work phases.
The monetary magnitude is less than $100,000.00.
SITE VISIT
Please see RFP Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS Provision 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (JUL 2024). The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. A site visit is scheduled for 2 September 2026 at 9:30 am Local Time. At least two (2) day prior, provide the Names of the individuals that will be attending to Ben Bramley, at Office (303) 342-1331 Mobile (720) 940-5666, Ben.Bramley@faa.gov. Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions will not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
