(1) To support formal evaluations of HUD programs addressing foreclosure and neighborhood stabilization
(2) To provide data for geo-spatial mortgage analysis and other mortgage market research projects.

(4) To provide timely responses to Congressional and Administration requests
(5) To detail national, state, and metro flow data for use in public policy decisions
The contractor must furnish the necessary professional, technical, and clerical services, involving the foreclosure process and sales activity across the United States at the national, state, metropolitan area, city, county, and zip code or neighborhood levels from local recording offices.
