REAL2025-011 Refrigeration Plant Control System

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (“REAL”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Refrigeration Plant Control System – Supply & Install as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Regina Exhibition Association Ltd. (REAL) operates a multi-rink facility with six ice surfaces and is seeking proposals for the upgrade and integration of a new control system. The current Logix control system, installed in 2009, is aging and requires modernization to align with current operational needs and technology standards.

REAL seeks proposals in response to this RFP from a qualified, experienced company to provide labour, equipment, materials, fuel, transportation, overhead and all that is necessary for the provision of completing the work associated to Refrigeration Plant Control System – Supply & Install at REAL that have high standards of workmanship and adequate resources to enable the completion of the Deliverables and other additional services in a responsive and cost-effective manner.
