Project Description: The City of Albuquerque (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contractual relationship with a highly skilled offeror(s) experienced in managing Right of Way (ROW) Services with a proven track record in handling complex acquisitions, property appraisals, negotiations and relocation assistance projects.
The City intends to award multiple agreements under this procurement if it is deemed in the City's best interest.
