DESCRIPTION OF GOODS and/or SERVICES: Real Property Appraisal – Rothery Education Center Site .

The City of Sierra Vista, Arizona, is requesting written quotes from qualified real estate appraisers to perform a professional appraisal of the property located at 3305 E. Fry Boulevard, commonly known as the Rothery Education Center. The parcel number is 10646010C and the size is 14.60 acres. The appraisal should include all property, buildings, parking lots, etc. except for one building located on the east side of the property which houses the school district’s IT equipment (address: 3555 East Fry Boulevard). The purpose of this appraisal is to support the City’s due diligence in considering a potential future property purchase in coordination with the Sierra Vista Unified School District (SVUSD). The resulting appraisal will establish an independent fair market value for the remaining parcels currently owned by SVUSD.

Background

The property to be appraised includes all remaining parcels, buildings, parking lots, and improvements owned by the Sierra Vista Unified School District at the Rothery Education Center campus, excluding the small northeast building housing IT equipment, which is not part of this request.

• All work products become the property of the City of Sierra Vista upon completion.
