REAL ESTATE SERVICES - RIGHT-OF-WAY APPRAISAL SERVICES

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide ¿Real Estate Services - Right-of-way Appraisal Services for the Bomar Road Improvements/Lee Road Extension Project, P.I.# 0019889, Douglas County¿. This solicitation seeks to identify potential firms to provide Real Estate Services - Right of Way Appraisal services for the Scope of Services for the project/contract identified in Exhibit I. All respondents to this solicitation are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire solicitation and follow instructions carefully. Douglas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Unless otherwise specified herein, capitalized terms and acronyms shall have the meanings given in Title 23, Part 710 of the Code of Federal Regulations (¿CFR¿), 49 CFR Part 24, or GDOT¿s Right of Way Policies & Procedures Manual.
