Project Description: The Eanes Independent School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Real Estate Consulting Services. If you are an interested firm, the District invites you to submit a Proposal Response to the Eanes ISD Purchasing Office via Bonfire. Proposal Responses will only be accepted through the Bonfire link. Emailed, or faxed PDF copies will not be accepted at any time. Responses shall be received at any time but no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
The District seeks to identify an experienced consultant who can advise administration and the Board of Trustees on a range of real estate matters, including long-term portfolio planning, site use evaluation, development feasibility, and lease management. This RFP specifically excludes brokerage and appraisal services.
