Real Estate Brokerage Services

Project Description: The City of Palm Bay is seeking proposals from national, regional and locally recognized real estate brokerages licensed in the State of Florida that have the experience, nationwide network reach, infrastructure and personnel to market, and secure privately held property and sell City-owned real estate. The scope of services also includes comprehensive commercial real estate services customarily provided to government entities by real estate broker on behalf of the City of Palm Bay. The City prefers the proposer to have an office located within Brevard County. Brokerages with experience in land assemblage and having access to land use and real estate attorneys is preferred.
