Real Estate Brokerage Services

The County of Volusia is seeking licensed real estate brokers to list, market, manage, and sell county land, county buildings, commercial property, and residential property as required. It is the intent of the County to contract with at least two (2) firms to ensure specific knowledge and experience with the markets on both the east side and west side of the county.

All Services shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Authorization for performance of professional services by the Contractor shall be in the form of written Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement as published by the Florida Association of Realtors and NSP Listing Agreement Addendum (Exhibit A), if applicable, issued and executed by the County and signed by the Contractor.
