Synopsis	The DIA is seeking an established real estate brokerage firm (herein after referred to as “Broker”) that possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in real estate development, real estate market analysis/valuations, advertising and marketing strategy (specifically in the areas of multi-family residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments), property disposition and other critical tasks as to serve as its exclusive Broker as it relates to issues of interest to the DIA’s disposition of select City-owned properties assigned to the DIA within the boundaries of the combined Northbank and Southside CRAs, as decided by the DIA.
Amendment Description	The purpose of this Addendum is to Respond to Vendor Questions, and Clarifications to the RFP. See attached Addendum 1.
