Project Description: The City of West Jordan (City) requests proposals from qualified and licensed real estate brokerage firms and/or agents (Consultant) to provide professional real estate acquisition, negotiation, and transaction advisory services of behalf of the City. The selected Consultant will represent the City in residential and commercial real estate transactions while maintaining confidentiality regarding the City’s identity and intended use.
The City anticipates approximately four (4) to six (6) transactions annually. Transactions may include simple acquisitions, easements, property exchanges, strategic acquisitions, or other real estate-related negotiations.
