Real Estate Broker Services RFP – Town of Windham

The Town of Windham (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed real estate brokerages to provide professional real estate brokerage services for the marketing and disposition of multiple Town-owned properties. Unlike traditional brokerage engagements that concern a single parcel, this Request for Proposals seeks to establish a relationship, or a set of relationships, through which the Town may rely on one or more experienced commercial real estate firms to assist in the sale, and where appropriate the lease, of a broad inventory of municipal properties located throughout Windham and Willimantic.
