The Belton Independent School District ("District") is seeking proposals in resonse to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for real estate broker services.
It is the policy of the District that the selection of firms providing professional services in connection with the District's projects be based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualifications pursuant Chapter 2254 of Government Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the qualifications that are determined in the best interest of the District.
The District reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the District without regard to whether such information appears in the Proposal.
By submitting a Proposal, each Broker agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the District, its Trustees, agents and employees, and any reference sources, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any Proposal; waiver of any requirements in the Request for Qualifications; acceptance or rejection of any Proposal and award of a Contract.
The Proposal submitted in response to this RFQ must remain open for acceptance for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of the RFQ, unless otherwise indicated, to allow time for the Proposal to be evaluated and Board of Trustees action, if required.
The successful proposer(s) will be notified in writing after review and acceptance by the Belton Independent School District.
