The Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Real Estate Broker Services . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 .

TUHSD is seeking to contract with a qualified firm to provide real estate broker services and real estate consulting services. The district, in its best interest, intends to sell, lease, or exchange the property specified in this project. Therefore, the district requires professional assistance in managing the competitive real estate process and other related transactions. The district has one property to be sold, leased, or exchanged.

Tempe Union High School District serves students in grades nine through twelve in Tempe, Arizona. The District is comprised of six high schools with a student enrollment of approximately 12,000 students in parts of Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix, Arizona. Six of the sites are comprehensive high schools and Tempe Union Online, being alternative high schools. The Tempe Union High School District is a highly-performing District and is known for excellence in teaching and learning.
