The SUNY Office of Government Relations is seeking assistance from a real estate broker to understand the current office space landscape in Washington DC and procure a lease beginning in late February 2026.

Please send all proposals to Kevin Donlon at kevin.donlon@suny.edu and include the following:

Specific space requirements - We are seeking an office suite with space for SUNY System DC staff, as well as staff from at least two of our University Centers. The ideal suite would have 4 offices and a conference room and would be within walking distance to the US Capitol and the legislative office buildings.
Business Description: Provide a clear description of your business and its capabilities.
Your experience in procuring office space in the Washington DC area
Proposals due by 7/30/25

Contract Term: 2 years with one-year options and a cancellation for convenience clause
