Real Estate Appraisal Services for the County of Mercer

Mercer County is requesting proposals from appraisal firms interested in providing general appraisal services to the County. The successful firm(s) must have significant experience in providing appraisal services to New Jersey counties and/or other New Jersey public entities. Appraisers performing work under this contract must have MAI, SRA or ARPA designation. The purpose of this RFP is to contract with up to four firms each of whom are capable of providing appraisal services associated with properties or property interests that the County seeks to acquire. The contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend one(1) year. Please send all questions via email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal.
