Project Description: General Description: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is seeking contract services for from experienced professional appraisers to conduct detailed fair market value analysis of both vacant land and existing facilities and assets.
Contract Term: One (5)-year period.
Minority/ Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 5%.
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
