The City of College Station is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested and qualified to perform Professional Real Estate Appraising Services for the City of College Station.
It is the intent of the City to select one or more firms to accomplish all of the services outlined in this Request for Qualifications.
Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on Friday, October 25, 2024. SOQ’s received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. Click here for an online response tutorial.
In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Qualifications shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 09, 2024. |
