Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Appraisal Review Services - Unspecified Local, State, Federal Projects

Project Description: The City of Charlotte’s objective for this specified RFP is to contract with qualified Companies to provide Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Appraisal Review Services for Unspecified Local, State, and Federal Projects. These projects may be funded locally, by the state, or federally – specifically through the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT); U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA); U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration (FTA); and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City is seeking Companies with the qualifications, experience, and expertise to deliver timely, cost-effective services.
