Real Estate Appraisal Consulting Services

The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all areas of real estate appraisal services.

The Judicial Council seeks to enter into Master Agreements with multiple Consultants pursuant to this solicitation.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference IS NOT mandatory in order to submit a Proposal.

Questions regarding the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov(link sends email) no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Only electronic submittals will be accepted.  For electronic submission firms must email their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and Cost Proposals no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:

The Judicial Council, as a public entity, prohibits direct contact with any Council personnel during the solicitation process in order to maintain fairness and equality to all proposers.
Proposers are specifically directed NOT to contact any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants for meetings, conferences, or discussions that are related to the solicitation at any time between release of the solicitation and any award and execution of a contract.
Unauthorized contact with any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants may be cause for rejection of the Proposer’s proposal.
