Project Description: Real Estate Acquisition, Appraisal, and Property Valuation Services
This is a multi category solicitation. Respondents must provide a separate Proposal or Response for each category the Respondent desires to provide services for as listed in Section 4.3 (Real Estate and Acquisition Services, Property Valuation Services, Appraisal Services). Each Proposal or Response should be labeled accordingly, for example “Real Estate Acquisition,” “Appraisal,” or other discipline. Each proposal must include the required documentation in TAB 1 through 6.
It is intended to contract with multiple suppliers within each category, as indicated in the solicitation documents.
It is strongly recommended to read the solicitation requirements very carefully and, in its entirety, when submitting your proposals, in order not to be deemed non-responsive.
