Oklahoma City Public Schools ("District") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify an online content vendor(s) to support a virtual and literacy learning instructional model for grades K-12. The Program Plan must outline a clear, detailed, rational, and concise description of how the Proposer's program/content will provide the learning services. It should show a clear understanding of the needs noted in this RFP and demonstrate how the plan will meet the goals and objectives stated below. Proposals should contain a work plan for the school year indicating the type of learning services and frequency of the services provided.
