Reading Area Community College (RACC) is soliciting bids for subsidence remediation at the Schmidt Training & Technology Center. Grouting shall be performed in controlled stages and monitored continuously to limit structural movement to specified tolerances. The work includes both interior and exterior grouting, with interior operations coordinated outside of normal business hours.
