REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Grant

The City, acting through its Community Development Department as the Awarding Authority, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/organizations to work with us on our Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Grant.  The selected applicants will be expected to support the implementation of local programming which leads to effective and impactful policy, systems and environmental changes in four areas: food service guidelines, increase in fruit and vegetable consumption; increase in active transportation and increasing breastfeeding rates after mothers return to work. There are three separate RFPs available-Project Evaluation, Health Communication, and Project Partners.

Proposals are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 12:00 noon on Monday September 29, 2025.

DUE DATE EXTENDED- PROPOSALS ARE NOW DUE OCTOBER 10th 2025 at 12:00pm

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.  All proposals are subject to MGL c.30B.
