Re-Solicitation of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Bridge and Other Structures Engineering Services (step-one of two)

Project Description: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works (TPW) (City) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from experienced civil engineering firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide engineering services for bridge inspections, other structural inspections, structural design and development of associated plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).
These services may include but are not limited to the following: (1) periodic and as- needed inspections for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and highway deck caps classified as tunnels and referred to in this document as tunnels; (2) fracture critical elements inspections for bridges and other structures such as signage support; (3) PS&E for bridges and other structures repair design; (4) scour mitigation; (5) survey; (6) geotechnical investigation; traffic control plan (TCP); and, if requested, provide construction phase services necessary to support the design process (see the scope section in the RFQ document).
The project must be designed to Federal/TxDOT and city standards.
The pre-proposal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:30 AM CST on Wednesday September 17, 2025.
